"I didn't have a lot of weight to lose, but I did lose my extra 8 pounds and 9 inches over the 52-day Countdown to Your Best Body. My starting plank time was 2:20 and my final was 5:10! By the end of the Countdown I learned how much I needed to change my diet, which made me change a lot of my daily choices. The older I have gotten the less I can rely on my "good genes." I always thought what I was doing was good enough, but it wasn't.

I was lucky to have a great support group, my husband and 5 friends all completed and competed with each other. My husband and I planked daily and sent pictures of our times to stay accountable and honest. He lost 18 pounds and enjoys his exercise much more now!
