Nothing has compared to the ease and satisfaction of the 52-day Best Body Countdown approach. I have tried all kinds of diets and starved to lose weight, only to gain it back. [Throughout the Countdown], I was never hungry and felt very satisfied. I feel better about myself as a whole; I’ve lost 4 inches, and am able to wear clothes I haven’t worn in over a year.
This program has made me realize just how much I was overeating. The whole family enjoyed the meals I prepared from the Best Body Cookbook & Menu Plan, and I loved the fact that the grocery list [for each recipe] was included. I kept the Success Journal in my purse to remind me what a “Strong Snack” looks like, the goals I have set, and to keep me motivated for each day.
The biggest impact for me was having friends and co-workers who were also part of the Best Body Countdown. Knowing others were supporting me and going through the 52 days with me, and the encouragement from the Facebook Best Body Club group, helped to keep me motivated. My progress with the Countdown has been amazing and I plan to continue on this path! I used to live to eat; now I eat to live!!!
